Who is eligible?
Anybody who holds either a White or Gold DVA health card.
How do I receive this service?
If you are eligible for DVA funded allied health care services, you must be referred by your general
practitioner (GP), medical specialist, hospital discharge planner or health care provider with a current
referral.

It will help if you can bring your referral and DVA health card.
How many visits can I have per year?
This is up to your treating practitioner as they will determine the type, number and frequency of the
